Gma J gave Evin a swirly pop today. He was very excited and told the story of the cockroach in Monsters Vs Aliens that had a swirly pop when he wasn’t a cockroach, but then it was taken away. Then he got one when he was a cockroach an threw it into the pumpkin! He will be on a sugar high for days…

Katelyn has been carrying around Evin’s Big Baby doll lately. She loves it. However, you may recall how Big Baby freaks me out. So, thankfully the Estey family sent her a new baby for her birthday! I was going to wrap it and give it to her this week, but I gave it to her early. She was very excited and particularly fascinated with its eyes. Now, hopefully Big Baby is a thing of the past…

Evin suddenly loves to make funny faces when I take pictures. It’s so funny and I just love it! I don’t know whet he got the hand thing from… So funny.

We stopped by the 35th birthday celebration for the Dino Museum (AZ Natural History Museum). It was SUPER crowded. We blew through the Pterosaur exhibit, got a sno-cone and jumped in the Dino bounce house. Experience over! ;o)

Katelyn had sooooo much fun playing in the kiddo dishes this morning. It was fun to watch her pretend to stir and take bites off a spoon. She’s definitely paying attention!

We took Gma J to the Dinosaur Museum for the very first time on Wednesday. She had fun and agreed that it’s a pretty fun place!

For months I looked for sea creatures to put on Evin’s wall. I was even desperate enough to have someone come in and paint them. But I never found any to hang and the one woman I called to come paint never returned my calls.

Well, this past weekend, Evin and I were at the dollar store and we found these great party decorations. For a buck, we got all of these sea creatures for his wall. Evin picked the location for each one and he was very proud!

I wanna go buy more. For a dollar you can’t beat them!
