On Friday, Evin and Dad put together his big boy bed. So exciting! He was so excited about his new bed and he explored and climbed on it all evening until it was time to go to bed.

We were curious if he was going to get up and play in the morning. So, after he woke up, we waited to see what he would do. It took him about 30 minutes or so, but he finally climbed out of bed and started playing with his toys. When we went to get him, he was ready with big hugs for Mom and Dad! :o)

Don’t worry about the flower pillow case. To make things a little more exciting (and manly), I went and got him some new sheets (one green, one yellow) and pillowcases (two blue). It all looks much more grown up now!
